Very nice people. When my vehicle was vandalized the owner came out to my house to assess my vehicle and even loaned me his personal vehicle for the weekend so I could get to work. Once a good relationship has been built with them, they don't even charge for minor things like installing head lights or adding oil. I will never go anywhere else! more

Happy customer 7/19/2010

Ive been a customer for five years and they have always been most helpful, courteous and prompt. They have even performed some small services without charge and worked me in without appointment. In DC, where I lived previously, I never took my car to a garage and escaped with less than a $60 bill so it seemed something short of a miracle to be told by a repairman that that "unusual noise" was nothing that required a costly fix. more

unhappy customer 6/29/2010

Kelley Bros. put a new radiator in my car, it started leaking and they said I needed a new head gasket. Took to another shop, was told it was the radiator, so went back to Kelley Bros. and before he knew who I was, a mechanic agreed it was the radiator. Had warranty in effect for parts and service, yet took them a week to work me in. Will not do business there again, if they don't PROMPTLY stand behind their work. more
