I canceled a contracted that was written back June 29th 2013 with Katies Pools because of the TERRIBLE work that was done on several pools, mainly one in Huntingdon. I have asked Matt to refund my money but he states he has bought our pool kit and not able to give us our money back. We told him to show us the invoice for the kit and we will give him the money he paid and he can reimburse me the remaining, but NO, he said he can't do that. Come to find out the place he said he got our pool kit must be a LIE!! Evidently he has never ordered our pool Kit. We had to pay $16,500.00 at the signing of the contract and now he will not refund our money and now that we have seen the work that he has done there is NO way I would have him start a pool for me !! I have never wanted to hurt anyone's business because everyone needs to be able to make a living and provide for their family but this is totally WRONG and not good business. I don't want anyone else to get caught in this TRAP that I am now in !!!!!!!!!!
