Paid a bill through them 2 years ago. They called me saying I still had an outstanding bill with them so I went ahead and paid it. Went home that day and realized I had actually paid the bill. Called them back the next day to tell them that they cashed the check already but they withdrew the money anyway. Sent them a copy of the of the check actually being cashed and they said they never got it. Mmmm, lets see, are they trying to rip me off? Noooo, not some collection agentacy, surely not them. If you ever have a bill throught them, keep proof that you paid it or you'll end up like me, paying the same bill twice. Very poor business. I don't see how any business would do business with these people.
