Having seen Dr. Kaiser for a number of visits I found him to be nice, knowledgeable and genuinely interested. Unfortunately in the same time period I've watched the office disintegrate into a calamity of un-professionalism. For example, numerous visits that I'd previously scheduled months in advance were often rescheduled for several months later, via a call the week before from his office. The phone etiquette of the office staff is dismal and frequently confrontational. The last straw was an occasion where the staff forgot an appointment date then insisted I had called days before to cancel the appointment. Being completely unable to get through to talk with Dr. Kaiser about the problems, I was forced to simply go somewhere else. I'm sure the staff get there share of drama from some patients but consistent bungling of scheduling and deceit to cover their tracks is no longer tolerable for this patient, patient.
Pros: Good Doctor
Cons: Bad Practice, untrained staff, disorganized and flippant.
