Kabuki Japanese Restaurant

So me and my family decide to take a few friends to Kabuki in Victoria Gardens. It was already almost 9. LETS MAKE A CHECK LIST! We were seated and drinks came along .. with appetizers. We ordered our food and DIDNT COME FOR AN HOUR!!!! .. unless your ASAIN you wont get waited on bc the table right next to us was getting more service than US. HORRIBLE SERVICE (CHECK)! .. we get our food , (now mind you) weve been here many many many times before and have ordered almost the same thing every time. what we ordered WAS NOT the SAME! either theyre under different management or the food is just BAD! or BOTH! so bad FOOD! (CHECK)! since we invited ppl we decided to pay for everyone. so we went up to the bar and tried paying the check (since our waiter would never come around!!!) my husbands card got declined so i paid cash... $200 DOLLARS WORTH!!! ALL 20's!!! him and his friend make a phone call out side, then my mother-in-law decides to join them. im at the table with my 1yr old daughter and my friend. since were WAITING FOR OUR WAITER (AGAIN!!!) for a box for my food. after it FINALLY comes we start to leave... right as soon as my friend gets up.. THE MANAGER stops her and asks ""ARE YOU GOING TO PAY!?"" i turn around to see why she wasnt coming and saw the manager putting her hands out holding her back.. i walk back and ask what the problem is and the manager asks me ""are YOU going to pay"" in a very ACCUSING and RUDE voice . i said WHAT?! i paid already.. (ATMOSPHERE) HORRIBLE!!!! (check!!!!) then she wouldnt let me leave to get my husband outside so im STUCK THERE! now we argue for about 5 min.. with about 6 waiters and the manager ALLLLLLLLLLLLLLLL ACUSING us of Dining and Ditching! i tell them that we paid a man at the bar.. and EVERYONE denies that a man even works behind the bar... so of course a scene is happening.. and i begin to ask ""then WHO DID I GIVE $200 to??!! This is ridiculous!!"" VALUE!?... HORRIBLE FOR THAT CRAPPY FOOD! (check!!!!!!!) then the HOSTESS!!!!! whos like 5 feet away from the bar says ""hey.. uh is that it over there"" as shee points to a stack of checks on the counter on the bar. everyone turns around and a waiter picks up the stack and what do they find?!!!... MY MONEY!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!... then all of a sudden the girl that was at the bar says .. ""oh... that was probably John"" WTF?!!! i thot there was NO GUY WORKING HERE?!! oh.. okay so YOU WERE WRONG?!!!.. we didnt even get an apology from all the accusing people ... the hostess who.. wasnt even apart of it was the one to apologize!... HORRIBLE HORRIBLE... EVENING!!!!!!!!!!!!!! NEVER EVER GOING BACK but to collect names bc im filing a LAW SUIT! <<<<<<<<<<<<< more

The place has good food, but the service is extremely slow. more

This place has great customer service and a great sushi variety. The portions are reasonably large, and you will come out with satisfied taste buds and a full tummy. The only con is-- as with most eateries in Rancho Cucamonga, there is usually a wait during peak hours. But it's well worth it. more

The food is prepared in a beautiful and exciting presentation. The fish and vegatables are fresh and flavorful. The amount of food for the price is unbelievable, be prepared to carry home a doggie bag. Our whole experience was terrific. The employees seem to enjoy what they do! I highly recommend this place.
