Quality work at a fair price. 8/19/2005

We had them replace the furnace in our house about 2 years ago now. They would have gotten a great rating from me if it wasn't for one or two "messy" employees. They gave us an estimate of costs up front and the final bill was right around the range they had quoted us. The products they installed were also great. The only problem that we had was that a couple of the employees left our house quite the mess when they left at the end of the day (this was day 1 of a two day project) and my husband and myself spent several hours cleaning up after they had left. We did let the company know and they were apologetic. All in all it was still a good experience working with them. more

KT Heating is a locally owned heating and air conditioning service in Hastings. It’s a company that is available to both industries and businesses, but also for individual home owners. They are quick to respond to calls for help when your AC or heat are out. They have friendly and polite workers, who do a good job and truly work hard at their jobs. more

Professional service 6/27/2005

Everyone in Hastings knows about the recent hail problems and all the trouble everyone has had with getting things repaired. I called on KT to fix my AC unit and they were great. They looked at it promptly, tried to fix it without having to replace it, so as to save me money, and then worked professionally when they did the actual work. Their employees are courteous and pleasant. They do great work as well. more
