My experience was horrible. My husband waited in the drive through for 30 minutes. Then when he got home we found out that we did not get what he order. Since this is not the first, second or third time this has happened to us at this KFC we took it back. We have had enough of not getting what we paid for. The man who was at the counter argued with us. Told us that we did not order half grilled half fried chicken. Not only did he argue with us he yelled all of this to us. I then told him I wanted my chicken and money back for the inconvenience and the lack of help and respect he gave us. He told me no way but, then a lady came over(I did not get her name) who was very nice and said that would be no problem. But then she disappeared and I was left to deal with the angry man. I did not go in there yelling, accusing or name calling. His attitude was poor and extremely disrespectful. I would have been happy with the food I ordered and an apology. You can bet we will never visit there ever again and I will be posting my complaint on other websites to make sure other people won't have to deal with the ignorant, incapable people you have hired to take care of your store. In the end we went to Popeye's where the people were pleasant, we got what we asked for, it was cheaper and it took 5 minutes not 30 minutes.
Pros: There are no pros in going to this KFC
Cons: Rude people, horrible food
