Beware! Shop at Your Own Risk 8/23/2011

My husband purchased at VW GTI from this "Automotive Specialist". I drove it for a few weeks & the engine light came on. KC's ran diagnostics and said it was the thermostat...one week later the transmission went out. One would expect an "Automotive Specialist" to have knowledge of transmission problems. You be the judge...Are their automotive skills just really bad or are they engaged in unethical business practices? I suggest you beware of doing business with this company and shop them at your own risk! more

BEWARE of KC'S 3/17/2009

DON'T take your vehicle here. They will run a diagnostic then tell you to let them "check it out" because the diagnostic doesn't show anything. Behind closed doors they will find SOMETHING wrong. Spark plugs and a fuel filter cost me 264.00!!! The fat brother is very rude when questioned on price. He got the wrong female. Word of mouth goes a long way and I can yell LOUD! more
