Kc Property Service is the best management company I have ever dealt with. They are quick to respond and very professional. They are some of the nicest people I have ever had the pleasure to work with. They are all about the co-owners and will stand up for us whenever a contractor is substandard. I highly recommend their services! more

DO NOT USE KC PROPERTY SERVICES.\r \r They have been our property managers for several years and their customer service is horrific.\r \r I am routinely notified via mail that my association dues have not been paid and I owe a late fee. They also inform you that if you do not reply, in writing, in 30 days, you will be sent to collections. Just to make it more infuriating, the letters are normally dated 2 weeks or more before it arrives in my mail box.\r \r I send my check to them at the end of every month and have never missed a payment. Yet, somehow they manage to not deposit it until the end of the following month resulting in these constant delinquency notices. I have asked for them to manage the process better with no reply.\r \r They are utterly inconsiderate and do nothing to resolve situations outside of these written form letters.\r \r If you're considering working with them, I HIGHLY discourage you from doing so. more

This property management service is horrible. We live in a building with elderly people and we have been without air for months! Now with the elevators out, the property managers are no where to be found. Never purchase or rent a property with these people. more

Do NOT hire this company. They charge you a monthly rate, but you get nothing for it. They then nickle and dime you for every little thing. I am in the process of selling my house. KC property Service is charging me $100 for a letter verifying I'm up to date with my HOA dues. That's almost as much as my yearly HOA dues!! When I was on the board, before this awful company was hired, we use to provide these letters for free. They are a bunch of corrupt business woman. more

After a year on a board I still can't figure out what it is we pay them for. They won't do ANYTHING unless told exactly what need to be done. They may be cheap but they come at a HUGE cost to your condo. Pros: ummm nothing Cons: they don't do anything, I guess that is a pro for them? Right? more

Wow! Karen Cook at KC Property Service is great. She has the most personalized service we have ever had AND will even pull weeds if needed. Karen uses integrity when choosing vendors and sub-contrators (which may upset those vendors who do not provide services that live up to her expectations).
