I used to have a cramped bathroom so I had a wall torn down to improve the space. I even put in a wardrobe against the new wall. the space is definitely a big improvement and let'...

They did the bathrooms 3/21/2013

I had new toys put in two of our bathrooms. Floor heating, better temperature controls on the showers and speakers. The appearance of the bathroom was changed a lot too. It made a big change in our lives! The guests are also impressed and comment on it alot. It's great! more

I spent a lot of time trying to find the right people 3/15/2013

Home remodeling is a big deal. I wanted to get it done right and I wasn't going to leave my home in the hands of just about anybody. I really looked through a lot of firms and did background checks. Asking for referrals and more referrals. A number of companies actually gave up on me and told me to look elsewhere. If they couldn't even pass my first test there was no way I was letting them touch my home. All that led me to KBR and it was definitely worth all that work finding the right remodeling firm. They did everything I wanted them to and did not deviate in anyway from our agreement. All companies should be as easy to work with. more

Great job 3/8/2013

I wanted something not too normal. I couldn't really get most contractors and designers to understand what I wanted with the exception of KBR. The bathroom was difficult to work with and I payed a bit extra for it but I got what I wanted. the bedroom next to it though was managed without any issues.Though that too cost me a bit more

Professionals at fair prices 3/4/2013

I got many different parts of my home fixed up and other parts remodeled all together. I paid a lot of money for everything but it came out better than I though. The bathroom especially is looking really well. Everything was done at a good price and the bathroom is just much better now. It's something I didn't realize I always wanted! more

Stretched out my budget and still gave me great quality work! 2/25/2013

This has to be one of the best remodelers in New York! With my apartment, I wanted many things done and I set aside a big budget. Many contractors I spoke with said they could work with my budget but they didn't give me many good options. KBR though helped out more and came up with nicer designs and more choices to pick from. Definitely a 5 star service! more

They are good 2/18/2013

I took a look at their showroom and found lots of styles and things I wanted. It was so hard to pick a template so with the help of one of their designers I mixed and matched! I was afraid it would look incoherent but when I saw what it could look like when he put it together, with a few changes, it was just what was I was looking for. In the end, I actually got what the perfect bathroom and it cost less than I thought! more

I could confidently recommend them to all my closest friends. I practically did already since so many people have said to me what a nice new kitchen I had. Those who asked, I told them KBR did it. Best thing about them is how easy it is to talk and get in touch with them. This is why I picked them more

The guys at KBR are ridiculously easy to work with. I would give them an A+ on communication alone. I spent hours talking with them and they gave me great advice on what works and what wouldnt in my kitchen. This is a great start for the year! more

slow and pricey 12/5/2012

I don't like them that much. Of all the guys I considered, they were one of the priciest. The only reason I chose KBR is because they spotted a damaged part of the kitchen that nobody else noticed. It took longer than I had the patience for and I had to pay up more than I wanted. I'm not even sure if it would have made a difference if they fixed a part nobody else even notices. more

KBR was is staffed by competent, talented guys who are easy to work with. They did a GREAT job on the walls and doors. It feels like a new home and we still get complements about it. more

i'll call on them again 11/13/2012

I had a substantial painting job with KBR. The results were came out great. The walls and ceilings of three large rooms were prepared, skim coated, and then painted. The guys at KBR are all professionals that clearly take pride doing things right. I believe they are trustworthy and responsible and I was completely comfortable with letting them work in the apartment alone. Although the overall painting and repairing job ended up costing more due to the poor state of the walls , They were honest and charged me fairly. I will definitely be calling on KBR for all my painting and remodeling needs. more

I went to them twice 11/7/2012

We've worked with KBR twice. The 1st time was some years ago to complete guest bath remodel and the 2nd time was just recently to add some improvements to our master bath . Both times they showed the level of service of real professionals. The work was top-notch and we are very happy with the results. I truly appreciated the attention to detail put in while getting the job done. Staying on schedule was important to us and I'm happy to say that our timeline was met. We wouldn't hesitate to work with them again! more

full remodeling job 11/6/2012

I had the whole bathroom done, I put in a new closet and some work in the bedroom, and the hallway has received some improvements. I contacted three contractors for estimates on cost and how long it would take. KBR was the only one to give me all the answers I needed. This was the first time I had something renovated and I wanted to maximize benefit for to my budget. I ended up putting in more work under his advice. The team was a great help and easy to work with and the quality in most cases was perfect. It took long and there were a few bumps here and there but everything came out just right and they even managed my extra additions more

I recommend them 10/15/2012

KBR renovated my bathroom and finished a few weeks ago. They nailed the theme just right and it came out look perfect. A friend of mine was insisting it would look tacky but I persisted anyway since I was so sure she was wrong and it would look great. I was right and she swallowed her words. This is a bathroom more to my liking and I should have had it done sooner more

I opted to hire KBR since I found them easier to communicate with and I liked their prices and portfolio better. I got just what I was looking for but it took longer than I expected. the work is pretty good and the design is easier for me. more

This is a company I would recommend 10/10/2012

I only needed minor work done on the kitchen since I did not have as much as I really wanted to spend on kitchen remodeling. KBR though did a great job of stretching it out. The quality of the work still looks great and it really feels like I got more than I paid for. Everything looks great! more

Well done and fast 10/4/2012

I called on KBR to fix up my bathroom.No major changes though except for a cabinet since I had a little extra space. They changed the paint job and replaced the tiles, added mirrors, etc. so this, along with the new cabinets really makes a big difference in there. They did great commendable work more
