Consistent Quality 1/27/2012

I have been going to Juut on Grand for over a year and every experience is great! The staff is very friendly and personable, and quick with their responses to any request or need. The salon is relaxing and clean. I always feel welcomed when I arrive and plan on continuing to get my hair cut there in the future. more

why I quit your salon 1/26/2012

I stopped going to your salon because no one wanted to work mornings and I got tired of trying to get 3 peoples schedules to work out. Besides I now get my hair cut and colored for half of what I paid in color at your salon and don't have to hassle with no one wanting to come in for morning appt...... more

Juut on Grand feels like a real treat. The stylists are a bit more expensive than other Juut locations, but the quality of service is worth it. The only reason I gave it lesser stars is that the parking on a Saturday is abysmal, even in the lot dedicated to Victoria Crossing. more

Hair Colorist Kristin and Hair Stylist Bobby N. 1/22/2012

I had always been reluctant to go to a Juut salon thinking the staff and stylist there work with customers from a higher economic class. However, they are professionals and treat everyone regardless of economic status with the same courtesy and respect. I love, love, love my hair colorist Kristin and am so sad she's leaving. But she has recommended another colorist and I have no doubts I will be just as please with her skills and professionalism. I have gotten so many compliments on my hair color since having switched to Juut. I additionally love my hair sytlist, Bobby. He truly makes me feel absolutely gorgeous everytime I leave the salon and I get numerous compliments...I just wish I could take him home with me so he could style my hair everyday. I love Juut!!!! more

Excellent Haircut and Service!! 1/19/2012

I was just in on Tuesday for my second haircut with Christie. She is amazing!!! She really listens and gets my haircuts perfect every time!! She is thorough and takes her time and you can tell she really enjoys what she does. Also, the front end staff is always friendly and helpful. A wonderful experience overall!!!!! more
