Jupiter -tequesta

I've been a customer of Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. for about 6-7 years now. I have been very satisfied with them. There's somebody there to answer the phone at all times, even on weekends. Recently, I had them in to replace 3 units. They are very clean. They installed my new May Tags quickly and efficiently. There was only one problem with miscommunication, I thought the units were coming in at a certain time, but everything worked out fine. 1 of the units was making some noise, but Jupiter came out straightaway and fixed the issue. I have referred them to many of my friends, who use them now. more

I knew that our AC unit was on it's last legs, and my wife was pushing me to get a new one. I didn't check with other companies, and just called Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. which is the company number listed on our old unit, and who we've been using to service it since we've been here. I knew it was going to be an expensive purchase, I was thinking around $3000-$4000. It turned out costing me $6000. I thought everything was fine. It wasn't. When my wife and I got home that night around 10pm, the AC was not working, the compressor was going "click click click" and there was no cool air coming out. We ended up sleeping with just the fan on. It was very uncomfortable. I called Jupiter the next day to try to schedule a time for them to come out and for me to be home to meet them. I asked if they could come at 7am, they couldn't so I went to work. They ended up coming out anyway when nobody was there. They added more Freon, but without the unit turned on, they shouldn't have done that. They ended up over-servicing the unit and it locked up. Finally, I got a tech to come out to work on it when I could be there too. It was a miserable day and he had to work underneath an umbrella, but he was very knowledgeable and didn't complain. He told me that the unit had been over-serviced and got it going again. It's been working great since. I would recommend their services to others because overall they were professional and knowledgeable. I like the service, I just don't have time to take care of this and have to take days off to be available. It was difficult to schedule a follow-up time with them when I really needed their help. Also, next time, I would do my due diligence and search out different companies for the different prices and units. Jupiter only offered 1 type of unit, and I would have liked to have had options to choose from. more

Simply put, I've been a customer of Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. for about 2 years now. I have a policy with them where they come out every 6 months to check out everything and it includes parts, labor, everything. And if I need something done, I get a discounted rate from them. The first time I went to them was when the unit went out. Someone came out about 7pm that evening and the next morning the crew was there and ready to work. I've used them since then and will continue to use them. more

We have been using the services of Jupiter Tequesta Air Conditioning and Heating, Inc. for the last few years, between 3 and 5 years or so for servicing our units. Then, our old AC pooped out after 12 years and we needed a new one. What was most impressive to us was that Jupiter came out the following day, and they sent out about 8 people to do the work. They were very nice and professional and got the job done quickly. We will definitely continue to use them for any future or maintenance needs we have. more
