I met Mr. Ronnie Boone back in the early 70's when they were just starting out. I fell in love with him and for years I thought I wanted to be with this man,but, after my LAST visit with him I found out just what kind of a man he truly is. I am glad my son never met him and he never will. Judy, Ronnie has had many lovers throughout your marriage. Just thought you should know. more

Horrible company! Ronnie Boone is very corrupt, and is 100% full of himself. He determined that our company (side business outside of the military) was responsible for theft of a trailer from his property (which was completely false), and tried to strong-arm us into confessing to something we had nothing to do with. I tried to work with him to help him find his trailer (as I know how painful it is to have anything stolen from me), and he blew me off and threatened to cause lasting effects to my military career! When we went to the police, they we were never even listed as suspects at all. They said we have nothing to worry about, and had no explanation for Mr. Boone's actions towards us. I have absolutely no respect for anyone that tries to throw their weight around because of their money or connections. He is not sorry for his actions, and acts as if he is better than us still. more

She addressed all of my concerns and solved all of my problems (yes - I ran into a few issues, but that is to be expected in any industry.) We are in the Navy and were getting restationed to the Norfolk area so we put down a deposit on a house. We then found out 2 wks later that our orders were being changed so I contacted Judy Boone realty, sent them a copy of our change orders as it stated we needed to do so in the lease. We never even got to move into the house and they still refused to give us our deposit back. We now have to get legal involved. Stay as far away from these people as possible especially if you are military since they will not honor any military clause and you will have to fight for your deposit. A FRIEND AND I RENTED A CONDO FROM BOONE REALTY AND HAD MANY ISSUES WITH MISS MARIANNE AND BOONE REALTY. MOST OF THE TIME YOU COULDN'T GET ANYTHING FIXED AND WE MOVED OUT LEAVING THE PLACE 200% CLEANER THEN WHEN MOVED IN AND THEY KEPT ALL OF OUR $3000 DEPOSIT. SLUM LORDS AND CROOKS. SO DO NOT RENT FROM THEM YOU WILL REGRET IT THE REST OF YOUR LIFE! iT IS MY INTENTION TO SUE THEM! Pros: they are pros at stickin it to you Cons: everything they are slum lords and crooks more

My personal Opinion is that Judy Boone Realty will do everything in there power to get you in the door but once your there, it's like pulling teeth to get anything fixed. I found that out in the first week. After four months of phone calls, hand delivered request and photo's I had to start calling the city and to no avail ended up going to court, moving, getting my pay docked just to find out the house was condemned and torn down just over a month after I left.
