A woman friend of mine calls my 1 bedroom apartment "THE PALACE" Thanks to Barry and staff at Jubilee. While sitting in my bathroom with my bedroom door in view I can only thank God that my place looks like a picture out of a Home Interior Magazine Cover Story. I am pleased. I purchased 2 Persian Rugs for my bedrm and livingrm. A goosed down sectional with a chase lounge and an iron canopy leather back bedrm set...AWESOME. I enter my dinning area that I've turned into my Screenwriting Studio to work on my scripts then I retire to my bedrm to rest. Then it is off to drive the DEUCE down the Vegas Strip...ahh home again to sit on my sofa and think of my story/ideas...more writing, then to my "bedrm suite" to rest. wow what a life! The staff at Jubilee are a comical crew. First there is the insecure, effeminate salesguy Berry (or Barry). He'll say or do anything to get you to part with your money; his attitude is really sleezy. Then there's the domineering asian woman who appears to hold some type of dominaince over Berry. Together they play good guy bad guy but in the end they are both bad. After they take your money, and they will make all kinds of promises to get your money, they suddenly forget that they sold you something. They break promises, conveninetly lose papers, can't get through, the truck breaks, etc.... you name it they use it as an excuse. Save yourself a lot of heartache and avoid purchasing their substandard furniture, you will be much happier in the end. more

About a year ago I purchase some furniture from Jubilee, at first Barry seems really good at making sure the customer is happy and worked with me on my purchase, but once arrived in my home a year ago, had to contact them about stuffing coming out, a rip in the love seat set and stitching coming undone with in the first week of having this set. They told me someone would come out, will its a year later and still nobody has come out, no call backs every time I call and leave a message. They even told me could not find my paperwork to show I did business with them. I have filed a report with the BBB and not happy at all for the price I paid for this set. They tell you are getting a great deal and lifetime guarantee/warranty but it is not so. more

I highly recommend Jubilee Furniture for their best customer service and a no nonse approach to the saying of customer comes first. Mary the owner gave me a deal I couldn't refused and Barry the co-owner went out of his way to have my new bed delivered to my new apartment without delay. Now that's what I call customer service. Two thumbs up to you guys at Jubilee furniture, I will sure recommend you to my friends and I will be back soon for more. You guys are great. Thank you for being there, Joe laguilles more

my husband and i went in a couple years ago , we excellant service the salesman was nice not pushy and listened to our what we needed answered our questions.... so we bought our formal dining room set and china hutch. well, that was that, then last week i was cleaning and accidentally broke one of the glass shelves, i really didn't think they would have a replacement shelf but called anyways because i know a glass shop would cost a fortune to specially cut a piece, so mary told me she'd call me back in a couple hours,that she would send her delivery guys to check the warehouse for a piece that would fit, she did call back which surprised me , anyways she just gave me the glass how nice what a relief , now i'll be more careful when cleaning and if my husband ever complains about it i'm going to tell him to start doing the cleaning around here, washing the cars and taking out the garbage once a week dosen't stack up to what i do more

Jubilee furniture's salesman barry was willing to patiently worked with me and my wife. i felt he really cares about my needs as a person who knows times are difficult for everyone. After a couple weeks of checking out different stores in Vegas, we went back to jubilee and got a lower price than their competition. What surprised us, to our extreme delight, was how fast we were able to get delivery of our beautiful new bedroom set . delivery guys Alex and his sidekick Malin are friendly and clean in how they handled our new furniture. I learned of Jubilee Furniture from an advertisement in the local paper: very nice quality furniture with great specials. My salesman (Barry) really works with you to make your experience a good one. He wants you to be totally happy with your selections and goes above & beyond to please his customers. Very, very personable. Customer care is over the top! Delivery was on time, furniture set-up was beautiful, clean-up was immaculate. I definitely recommend Jubilee Furniture and intend to continue as a repeat customer for a long time for all my furnishings because Jubilee puts quality & customer service first! Millicent B. more
