I lucked out with Jerry. He's extremely thorough, organized, detailed, and his services go way beyond inspection, offering a comprehensive starter package with discounts for home buyers at no extra cost. And somehow his fees are cheaper than most inspectors. His services include vast experience and common sense; He'll tell you what's serious and what's cosmetic. He'll give you lots of great suggestions and detailed maintenance tips so you can save money. I left the inspection feeling like a professional saw everything, and showed me what was really important to figure out. That evening he sent me a report with everything he mentioned during the visit, which helped me renegotiate with sellers with strong, valid points. I will recommend Jerry to anyone doing an inspection. This guy ROCKS. more

Excellent Home Inspection 10/5/2017

Jerry was easy to reach, connect with and schedule home inspection appointment. He is very prompt in getting back to me via phone and email. He was very cordial and respectful. He was very gracious and kind. He did a thorough walk through of the property with me, too time to explain things in detail, showed me potential problems and gave me an opportunity to ask questions throughout the home inspection process. Great good!! Very professional. 8/17/2017

I had very good experince with Jerry. He weby onsite 1 hr after he went and started taking notes/ pictures of the houses he explained me on what are potential items i need to watch out for and how the appliance works... flooring ,water taps, electric wiring.. pretty much he walked me through every corner of the house . I would definitely recommend him. The house he inspected for me was 5 years old. more

We had Jerry inspect our home and from the first call, I could tell his professionalism and expertise. He had a seamless process, email and text drafts sent right away, and easy payment options. This is a well-oiled business. I would highly recommend Jerry and this organization. At inspection, he was very thorough and walked through reasoning, compliance, risk / cost factors, etc. He knows his stuff! Was not in a rush, did his due diligence and made us feel very comfortable / confident in the inspection / results. more

excellent speedy service 5/19/2017

We are from out of the area and purchasing a home in the Maplewood/Woodbury area so we were unfamiliar with local services. Jubert Home Inspection was one of the names given to us by our realtor. Jerry was extremely professional, did the inspection right away due to time constraints, kept in contact with us via text messaging and email and answered any and all of our questions, including follow-up questions.
