Great Service! 3/6/2018

I first contacted Joyce in an emergency when my furnace shut off on a sub zero weekend. They came out within an hour and took care of the issue for a very reasonable price. They’ve been tuning up my furnace and tankless water heater since and done a fabulous job! more

Annual Furnace Preventative Maintenance 3/5/2018

The technician arrived shortly after 8 am, did his work thoroughly and professionally. He took the time to answer all my questions. The cost for the service was quite reasonable, and I'm all set for another year! more

Lennox Furnace No Heat Service NH 3/2/2018

During March 2018 Nor-Easter, power spike took out our Lennox furnace so there was no heat. Called Joyce Cooling & Heating Nashua NH on a Friday afternoon and service responded within an hour. Techs diagnosed fan motor at issue and another tech brought new fan motor to site. Joyce cellphone accessed database indicated 2008 installation was within 10 year warranty and the blower motor was covered by Lennox. Service call personnel were both knowledgeable and professional. It was a most excellent experience, completely satisfied, as well as credit card payment on site upon completion. more

Quick and efficient in boiler maintenance work 3/2/2018

Despite the heavy rain that day, Tyren came within the two-hour window and handled the boiler maintenance very quickly, finishing before the end of the two-hour window. Very friendly. more

Installation of 2 new furnaces and 2 new a/c units 3/2/2018

We just had 2 new furnaces and 2 new a/c units installed this week, Jim and Pat did a fantastic job. They were very friendly, cleaned up everyday (5 days) and most importantly my wife was very comfortable having them in our home for the 5 days, she even told them she would miss having them there next week. The entire process from our first meeting to get a quote to the minute they completed the job was pleasant and we will recommend Joyce Cooling and heating to everyone. Service Call 3/1/2018

Called Joyce when I had no heat when I got up on Thursday (4/1/18) and Josh and Jared responded in just 30 minutes. They had my problem fixed in about 30 minutes. Good service at a reasonable price. more

Replacement of Furnace 12/4/2017

The two man team arrived exactly when they said they would and worked that day until the job was done. We were concerned we might be without heat and seeing as the job was performed in December, we were concerned but Joyce Cooling & Heating said the job would be done in one day and they were right!. I would use them again. more

Jarod at Joyce Cooling & Heating - Amazing Technician 12/4/2017

We've had Joyce Cooling & Heating maintain our system for years and they've always come through without a hitch. Last week our heating did not work and Jarod came in to assess and fix the unit during that single visit. His assessment was thorough, execution of work focused and cost of repair job, competitively reasonable. I said Jarod is a "God" in his expertise and we tremendously appreciate his hard work and attentiveness to the repair, all with a great smile on top of that. Josh S did an outstanding job diagnosing my heating issue. He explained what the issue was and quickly resolved it. He answered all my questions. He had a great attitude and I know that now that I have signed up for preventative service, my heating / cooling is in good hands. Because of him, I can very strongly recommend Joyce heating more

Fair price and good installation 11/28/2017

Our hot water heater died just before winter, and Joyce was able to get there sooner than any other companies with a lower price as well. The technicians they sent knew what they were doing, and did a better job than whoever installed our old unit. The valves are easily reachable and I don't have to duck behind any pipes to access other areas in the closet. more
