I had them install a Lennox FHA furnace and now 10 years later have had them out several time last year and going on the 3rd service call this year and each time they charge a call fee not happy with them going to bring my business else where I am owner of several multi family building and now I need a new HVAC contractor more

Emergency Hot Water Heater Replacement during Nor'Easter 3/18/2018

At 9:00pm on March 12, I discovered a pool of water coming from my Hot Water Heater. I called the Joyce Cooling & Heating's 24 hour service line. Within minutes, Jarod returned my call, instructed me on how to turn off the water input. I then received an email from another Joyce employee, Abe I think, who said that they would get someone there the next morning to replace the water heater. In the morning, Mitchell and Arron (I think) came during a ragging snowstorm, removed the leaking hot water heater, and installed a brand new hot water heater. This took them only about two hours. I was really impressed with the responsiveness and professionalism of everyone I dealt with at Joyce. A big thank you to Mitch and the entire Joyce team. Oh, and we have plenty of hot water, and nothing is leaking. Thanks, Allen Kerr more

Furnace service call 3/13/2018

Josh, along with another team member came out in the middle of the blizzard 3/13 to troubleshoot our furnace. We have issues and they quickly tested and found 2 issues which they were able to repair on the spot. Called us ahead of time to let us know he was on his way. Have used Joyce and had Josh out in the past for our AC unit and have nothing negative to say. Overall very responsive team. more
