We are LONG-TIME and FREQUENT diners at this establishment. I have always loved the food, but now I find myself disenchanted with the management.\r
We received a GIFT CERTIFICATE at Christmas that expired on 12-31-10. We discovered this on the morning of 01-01-11. When we went to the restaurant that day, hoping for understanding, we were met with cold indifference. Not only did they refuse to honor the PRE-PAID certificate, when I asked if it was worth losing a long-time customer, I was told it was ""...no matter...we have plenty of customers..."". \r
NEEDLESS TO SAY I WILL NOT BE RETURNING.
