I live in a brand new home and have had problems with my microwave and oven. Journey's has taken 45 days to repair my appliances. It originally was only supposed to be a few days. Then after scheduling an appointment and taking the day off, they never show. After I called the supervisor made a comment that my family and I would have to suffer and continue eating out of cans since we did not have a working microwave or oven. Then she refused to give me the owners name or supervisor.
