Have worked with Arvin Ridley twice in buying a new car. Very good to work with. I appreciated his understanding of my taking a lot of time to make a decision on what is to me a large investment. Car maintenance department is very good too. Always courteous and work done is very good more

Arvin Ridley was outstanding to work with. 9/1/2014

He made both my wife and I feel extremely comfortable. His persistence on ensuring our Camry was 100% to our satisfaction is the only reason we purchased the car. I believe his work ethic and professionalism are reflective of Joseph Airport Toyota and what we can expect for service, repairs and future car purchases. Thank you Arvin! I own my 4th Toyota bought it from a different dealer wish I hadn't; not a bad vehicle just didn't plan the purchase. will be getting with Mr Ridley for a possible trade more

Marcus Johnson was absolutely wonderful. 8/21/2014

He was very professional and attentive to my needs. I told him what I needed and he called me with the exact truck that I needed for my family. I had previously went to another dealership and was given the run around and they tried to put me in a much smaller car that is of no use to my family.I would definitely recommend this salesman and this dealership to family and friends. Marcus had my truck keys in my hand when I arrived to look at it. within 2 hours I was driving home in my truck! more

I had every intention to purchase a care when I came on the lot. I knew exactly what kind of car I wanted. I was greeted by sales consultant Myron Fuller with a smile. He was very down to earth and did not steer me away from what I was looking for. I took a test drive and he explained all the features and took his time with me. Myron Fuller was very professional and said all the things I wanted to hear, he was on point till the very end. I definitely would recommend Joseph Airport Toyota AND I was treated to lunch and I drove away in my new car! more

Arvin Ridley is wonderful to work with. We have bought our last few vehicles from him and plan to buy again in couple of years and hope he is still there to help us. Toyota builds great quality vehicles. We have no complaints about our vehicles as we currently have a Tundra and Seqioua. more
