My father use to say, "If the barn needs painting, paint it." HOWEVER.... Jose Manuel Salon is simply tacky... looks cheap...dirty..staff...

Appointment flexibility 2/5/2012

I found out I had to work on my day off and called Jose that morning. He had me come in early enough to get my hair colored and make it to work on time. Excellent hair color as usual:) more

Last Minute Makeover 12/6/2011

Jose was nice enough to work me in at the end of a long day. I went in with hair well past my shoulders, having neglected my last two appointments in the midst of moving to the area from Texas, and came out with a cute pixie cut! He took the time to really examine my hair and think through my needs as a new mom. Now I have a great cut that looks fresh every day with a minimal amount of effort - a definite plus! He's a great listener, in addition to being a talented stylist, and made me feel truly pampered. more

Do you know how to tell you got a great haircut? You can tell by the first time you wash and dry your hair, if it looks like it did when you came out of the salon then you know you got a great haircut. That's the way it is when you go to Jose Manuel Salon! more

It's hard to find a good stylist!!! 11/9/2011

I have been in Tacoma for 3 years and have had a few decent haircuts, but no stylist that I was ready to call my own. Until Now. Jose did a great job playing with my hair until it became a beautiful cut. Thanks for have the knowledge to cut something far different from that thick, luxurious pantene commercial hair:) more

A FABULOUS experience once again!!!!!! 10/22/2011

Jose is ALWAYS able to work miracles when it comes to my daughter's hair. He's done it again! She was soooo thrilled with her hair she's told everyone she's talked to about it....especially the NEW product he used in her hair! She did't stop touching it all the way home. We(My daughter, sisters and I) have been Aveda users for years and will continue to be! THANKS AGAIN JOSE FOR WORKING YOUR MAGIC ONCE AGAIN!!!!! more
