Coming to Jordan Thomas Salon is always an uplifting experience. Everyone from the front desk and through the entire visit is always so nice and helpful. Lisa listens carefully to my needs during each visit and always has the right answer to solve my hairdo problems. more

Stylist, Ashley Wingate has been doing my hair for over 4 years now. She is consistent with providing the best service and I love me hair every time. For me, getting my hair done has always been a stress reliever. The hospitable environment of Jordan Thomas makes it more relaxing and enjoyable. I always look forward to the next conversation, glass of wine and service with Ashley!! If you haven't tried Jordan Thomas I recommend you do and make it your new Salon and Spa. One last thing, you have to book your appt in advance. However, I have been in desperate need of a service and Ashley has accommodated me which makes her irreplaceable!! Thanks ASHLEY!! more

I love coming to Jordan Thomas! Everyone is very friendly from the receptionist when you come in the door, to the stylists, the nail technicians, estheticians, and massage therapists. Even if you are not their client, they always have a smile and friendly word. Wouldn't go anywhere else! more

I went to Jordan Thomas requesting a "beach wave". What I received instead was a frizzy 80's style perm. I take responsibility for that, I should have known better. What I do not take responsibility for and what I find so bothersome wad that the beautician refused to put a spray in conditioner in my hair for fear that it would pull the curl out of my hair. Her solution was to then just cut whatever parts of my hair were knotty. At this time, my hair was quite long, yet still thin. So, her randomly cutting LARGE port ins of my hair left me with hacked up layers that looked terrible. I had to wear my hair in a ponytail for a few months gor the layers to groe out. So, really no one saw the curl she was working so hard to protect. I then had my hair cut in a bob. more
