Great team of hardworking people who continually go out of their way to make sure I leave satisfied, but more importantly the Team down at Jones West Ford have always taken excellent care of any friends and family I have referred. No matter what you're looking for, car, truck, SUV -anything you want, they will find for you. The dealership is no different from others I've dealt with in the past (shark-like salesmen thinking only about their commissions), but salesman John Ritter was fabulous! He listened to me and we got right to the details of what I wanted. There was no hard sell BS on features I didn't want/need or the assumption that I didn't know about engines because I'm an older woman. I've never written a review about sales before, but he's a nice young man and I'd like to see him succeed. My rating is based solely on the experience I had with John Ritter. I wish more salesmen had his approach. I still don't understand why you have to negotiate to buy a vehicle, but since you do, it shouldn't be unpleasant. (And no, I'm not related to John) more

I just purchased my 5th vehicle from jones west ford. It's a 2013 F-150 limited edition truck. This truck is amazing inside and out!! Jones west ford is the only place in town I will go to. Everyone there is extremely welcoming and kind. I feel like and have made friends with many of there employes and I always enjoy going to the dealership. Service is always speedy and on point. I've always gotten great deals on my buys as I've compared prices to other dealerships. I highly recommend jones west ford to any one if your looking for a vehicle be it new or used. If they don't have it right there they will find exactly what your looking for. Couldn't ask to do bis with a better group of people. Thank you more

After reading previous reviews I was very leary, but our experience at Jones West was a great one. Josh G was very informative and took his time with us. We NEVER felt pressured at all. This dealership has an absolutely amazing service department. The only person that's actually fairly good at selling cars is a salesman named Ryan if you can ask for him first your visit will probably be a whole lot smoother. The finance and other departments are great and fairly quick to get everything done . more

I brought my non-Ford here to have some body work done based on my insurance company's recommendation. The body shop employees were friendly and helpful! Work was done as quoted with no issues. If i need body work done in the future, I will consider bringing my vehicle here! I am very appreciative of a no-hassle service appointment. more

Everyone knows buying a car can be a horrible experience that no one wants to do. Josh Green the Internet sales manager made the process so easy and was friendly and informed me on all questions I had. Everything from finance options, to tech package within the vehicle. \r \r I know jones west doesn't have the best reputation, but they should be proud to have him working there, it was a breathe of fresh air and restored my ability to know not all car sales people are the same, there are still some good ones out there.\r \r I recommend you go and see Josh or work with him, it was easy fast and painless. more
