Worst

My oil change took over two and a half hours. I was pretty upset that it took that long for a simple oil change.

There were a lot of problems with my car. Brian, one of the representitives, was very helpful and patient with me when he explained the issues with the car to me, and when I was trying to decide if it was best to keep fixing the car, or just sell it. I'm glad I decided to get it fixed completely and now I am very happy with my car and there work on it, and glad there is no more fear of it breaking down on me on a highway. Ha ha. Thanks a bunch you guys. more

John's is great service. I took my vehicle in for a simple oil change, and that is what they did. They did not try to sell me a lot of extra service work.I have been there before when I did need something else done, and they were honest about it, and explained everything to me.They even went out of their way to give me a ride to my office. more

Minor Repair Work 6/12/2010

As usual, the work was performed expertly, the car was ready on thime and the actual bill was a tad lower than the estimate due to an honest evaluation that one repair thought necessary was actually not needed. John's is the gold-standard for honesty and integrity. more

ARE YOU KIDDING WHAT A JOKE 4/21/2010

I went to john's per AAA and was told I needed new brake calipers and that it was going to be $650....omg im a woman but not a clueless one and over 30 at that....I'll never go TO JOHN'S again.. I called another couple shops and was told by both shops they would fix my calipers for under $200... becareful looks can be deceiving!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! more
