Just think its funny that the person w/ the most negative things to say about Johnnys is a former (disgruntled) employee! ! ! Although Seth can be a smartass (to people he knows) he is always quick w/ the drinks as well as the food (NEVER had a problem w/ my order)! ! ! The rest of the staff is ALWAYS very friendly and courteous.... Johnny treats everyone as if he has known them for years, girls AS WELL AS guys! ! ! \r I DEF WILL BE GOING BACK! ! ! The place is clean, lots of windows, awsome view of the sound (right on the edmonds waterfront). Drinks are always good, food always great.\r \r I have tried several things on the menu already, by far the best burgers anywhere no contest. Fish and chips are beer battered and come with home made tartar sauce..really good. fish tacos are awsome, so are the buffalo wings..really everything's good here and priced the same as the other guys. not sure how they do it.\r \r Aalways service with a smile, lots of regulars. You can usually hear customers talking sports with the bartenders and/or kitchen staff,..pretty cool. I like a sports bar that knows it's sports.\r \r two thumbs way up Johnny's! My husband was working late so my girlfriend and I went to Johnnys for dinner and drinks on the deck. The view was wonderful and the food great. Our server reccomended a few of her favorite items on the menu, including a fabulous Bloody Mary. (I don't know about you but finding a well prepared drink in any restaurant is really rare and when you do it is $12- 15). I decided on a Buffalo Chicken salad for me and she had the Fish and Chips. Both were delicous- fresh and well prepared- and yes the the Bloody Mary was yummy. I had heard that the food was good but you don't expect a sports bar to be a desination for food. The prices were very reasonable, especilly given the waterfront location. Pretty prime real estate for any restaurant and normally not where you'd go for a casual dinner out. The place was packed, yet our server was really engaging, attentive and prompt.\r \r Apparently, some A-list local athletes have discovered Johnnys. As we were eating, a group came which included UW QB Jake Locker and several of the NCAA Champion UW Womens Softball team. I wouldn't have known them, but a few guys at the table next to us reccognized them. It was cool to see them. My husband was so ticked that he missed the out on a fun night! I used to come here all the time and enjoyed the service. Recently a Bartender (Seth) has destroyed my experience here with the worst service I have ever seen in all my years! I will never come back again and WILL tell all I know not to go here. He ignored our table for 20 minutes because a girl scantily dressed came in....go figure! AND I have been a regular before he even started here! Then he messed up our food and served it COLD! The owner (Johnny) also spends WAY too much time drinking on the job and making out with customers...Feel bad for his ""lady/partner"" Lilly!...what a joke...Not to mention all the recent issues with Liquor controll board serving minors and overserving the patrons! \r \r Good luck to this business! I go here every weekend just for the people who work there and they are great. Ive met johnny a couple of times always pleasant and welcoming. The two bartenders Corrie and Marshall aka Flying Hawaiian i heard some people call him make great drinks just go up to them and ask for something special and good and let them work there magic. They are always joking and giving the customers hugs which makes it a more personable bar. I appreciate that and will be back for there great service Pros: bartenders Cons: loud more

I went to Johnny's to meet some friends and was expecting a typical Sports Bar atmospher-which means kind of a dive with mediocre food bad lighting etc- I was pleseantly surprised to find a clean, inviting space with hardwood floors candles on the table, a fantastic view of the water and edmonds ferry. \r \r My waitress was great and greeted me right away. When my friend arrived we ordered a couple burgers and I was prepared to be disappointed. Instead I got the best burger I have ever had-literally. I got the blue burger and my friend got the mushroom burger. I have gone back several times and each time it was the same story. the burgers are 1/2 pound and not a bit greasy. They have great flavor and the blue burger comes with a large onion ring rihgt on top which just makes it amazingly delicious. It also comes with fries or a choice of different salads so it is a great value for about $10. I'm not a big Sports Fan but I am a big Johnny's fan and will continue to go back for the food.\r \r Parking is somewhat limited although they do have a small parking lot available for customers.
