John Cipollone Inc and Matthias Kuhn are the best around 4/1/2020

The John Cipollone Inc team was there for me, especially Matthias Kuhn (along with help from Team J, Mike Mullarkey and Mike Pfeil). My 9 year old Carrier furnace failed and I was looking at a pricey install (several local companies were quoting me between $7000 - $9500). Matthias went out of his way to help me research Carrier furnace issues and we both found that Carrier offers customers an extended warranty on my particular model. No other company pointed this out to me (and believe me I called many local companies), this effort saved me a LOT of money. Matthias and the team had me scheduled within a day (despite a state wide work shut down due to Covid-19) , and had my new unit in quickly and professionally. I cannot praise John Cipollone Inc enough for the service they provided, it is nice to know a man like Matthias Kuhn is out there, looking out for the consumer with integrity, passion and professionalism. more

Annual maintenance 11/1/2017

Mark H was out this week to do annual maintenance on the heating system of our business. He was very thorough and explained everything we needed to know. I am confident that he got our system in tip-top shape for the season. more

Review for Joe 10/10/2017

I am using this company for the first time after many recommendations from friends. The office staff has been wonderful. Joe arrived promptly today to service my heat pumps. Joe was extremely polite, friendly and very professional. He answered all of my questions and was very reassuring. He appeared to cover every inch of cleaning and inspecting for problems. I feel confidence in Joe and the Cipollone Company. Glad to know that professionalism and competency still exits, thanks to this Company. more

Job well done! 10/6/2017

I recently had not one but two heating systems installed in a duplex by John Cipollone, Inc. The techs did a great job at installation. As an added check step, they came out again in the fall to ensure the new systems are fully operational in time for the oncoming cold months ahead. The quality of care and service will keep me coming back with any future needs. more

Bob , and Cipollone had been coming to my former house for twenty-some years to clean my oil heater and my central air system. When I moved, I hired Cipollone to install a new gas furnace and central air, and Bob just came for our first cleaning. Bob is so friendly, and he does thorough work, and he always gives us great detail when discussing our system. We are always glad when he comes to our house! more

Fantastic Service 8/27/2017

We needed our central air unit fixed on a really hot day. Bob B. from Cipollone came out ASAP, fixed the problem and serviced a second unit free of charge without us even asking. I'm sure we were not billed for the total cost of work done, and Bob was very professional and chatty with the kids which was nice. I will definitely call them again and refer to friends. more

Bottom line...I am requesting Joe every time. He was polite and professional and very detailed in his explanation to me while servicing our unit. The company as a whole always comes when they say they are going to and is accommodating to our schedules. We are very happy with the service. more
