Best SB Roofing Co 1/18/2012

I had an extreme problem roof on a 74 yr old home. Everything was built wrong and despite the seven layers of roofing, water was pouring into our dinning room. Joel's Roofing saved our home by recommending a great general contractor to shore up the structure and then coming in, removing the old roof and doing a fantastic job on the new one. All for a reasonable price. Joel personally made sure everything was done right and any issues we had were cleared up right away. Now our house is our castle, neighbors are coming to our door to tell us how great it looks and ask who did the job. I highly recommend Joel's Roofing and Gutter. They are professional, on time, and do what they say they'll do. more

Professional, Honest & Informative! 12/12/2011

I am a real estate professional and I was 5 days away from closing a real estate transaction for my clients who were purchasing a beautiful home in Bel Air Knolls and a couple of days away from the Thanksgiving holiday when we ended up with a couple of repair issues to do the rainy weather. It was impossible to get a licensed roofing guy out to give me a bid within 24-48 hours and meet me at the property. I needed to obtain a roofing repair bid along with a repair bid for a leaking window that needed removal, stucco and drywall work! When I called Joel's Roofing I spoke to Joel himself and he came out the very next day and met me at the property. He was very professional and explained to me the scope of work required in a way that was easy to understand and showed up with an I-Pad if you can believe this! Joel walked the property with me and was able to email me a bid that same day for both repair items and I hired him on the spot. He did a fantastic job. His crew is extremely knowledgeable and professional and worked with me throughout the repair process while giving me updates throughout the day! ( This blew me away ) Joel and his crew made this a pain free experience for me and my clients. I would highly recommend him to any home owner or a business professional that needs any type of Roofing repair. Joel saved me $300+ and actually went out of his way to do additional work for me at no additional cost i.e. paint some additional wood trim that a previous contractor left unpainted, I supplied the paint and he did an incredible job with the spanish tile roof, the window repair and the paint touch ups! Joel's Roofing and Gutter excellence in workmanship 11/11/2011

We had a serious roof leak and we contacted a reputable local roofing company. They gave us an estimate that, in our opinion, was excessively expensive. We then contacted Joel's Roofing and Gutter. Joel came to our house, diagnosed the problem, indicated that the same problem would probably develop in other areas of the roof, and proposed a solution. All the gutters needed to be replaced. The estimate was only slightly higher than the competitors for just a portion of the work proposed by Joel. We signed a contract. Within a week, Joel and his workers came, worked quickly, efficiently, effectively, and cleanly. We now have peace of mind. The work done was excellent. We recommend Joel's roofing and gutter without hesitation. more

They show up, they do outstanding work done right the first time and they clean up. Not often can I say that about my experiences with some trades- these guys do gutters right. Best Gutters on OUR Block !!! 10/19/2011

We had Joel and crew install new gutters on our house in Ellwood....last year, just before the rains started. They did exactly as they said they would came and finished As Promised !!!! Their work was incredible....and not a drop leaked all rainy season and they still look brand new. I would recommend Joel's to anyone !!!! more

We are quite satisfied with Joel?s re-roofing of our house, and we would recommend him as a roofing contractor. We found Joel to be professional and courteous, and the bid was fair. He was on-site much of the time, especially early in the process. Armand and his crew were great: they were eager to please, did a wonderful job, and cleaned up the sometimes considerable mess each evening before they left. Armand and his son speak English fluently, and our ability to communicate with them was in sharp contrast to the crew on another job that overlapped the roofing project. We would insist that Armand be the foreman on any future roofing job, though we expect this one to outlast us. One of our neighbors commented that the tiles are now in straight, parallel lines, something they say was not the case before: attention to detail is one of Joel?s strengths. more

I couldn't be happier with the job, the price and the service. On the Job 7/26/2011

Joel installed my gutters a few years ago and did an excellent job. I had been out of state the last couple of years and hadn't maintained them. I noticed that in one area the gutter had pulled away from the house and was concerned that some roof damage had occurred. I called Joel for a repair. He was out as soon as possible and saw that debris had accumulated. He was able to do needed repair and cleaned my gutters. He also evaluated my roof condition and said it was in fairly good shape and probably didn't need replacing for the next couple of years. I so appreciated his honesty and that he stood behind the work he had done several years ago. And because I don't need a new roof right away I am able to have Joel quote on putting a solid roof on my back deck! When I do need a roof Joel will be installing it. He stands behind his work which is quality! I also called my neighbor who is a contractor and thanked him again for recommending Joel 5+years ago and told him Joels still doing a great job! more

I've been a landscape contractor for 40 years and I've dealt with a lot of contractors and tradespeople. I've never had a better experience that I had with Joel's. They just finished putting a roof and gutters on my own house and I can say that everything about their performance was perfect. They started and finished on time as promised, their crews are friendly and devoted to quality, the work is flawless, and the price was right.
