My State Farm Insurance agent passed away and my policy was transferred to Joanne Bryant. I didn't hear from hear right away but when I did, she was fantastic. She sat down with me to explain my coverages which no one has ever done. I got a sense that she really cared and that made me feel good. Plus her office is open every day and her face is everywhere, even on her car.
