I appreciate that JJ Kokesh an Son is a family owned business. We always have the same plumber come to our home and he is always knowledgeable. When we had an emergency this winter with our pipes freezing, they were able to get us in within an hour. more

Kokesh Plumbing 3/11/2014

Poor customer service and expensive. Showed up 4 hours late with no phone call the first day and then this individual said he didn't have the skills to make the repair. So scheduled again for the next day. Late again so far for two hours. Not sure when they will show up, call, or even fix the problem. Thought they had a good reputation, but my personal experience with them was frustrating and disappointing. Won't be using them again and I have two bathrooms and a kitchen that I will be remodeling. Their loss because my house is a money pit. more

Unsatisfied 10/23/2011

We have been using Kokesh since we moved into our house 8 years ago. We have always been happy with them... until we actually had a problem. We've had them out three times to fix a water heater and each time it's a different problem that costs at least $150. When we called to complain, we told them we would be taking our business elsewhere. They didn't care about losing a long term customer. They were more concerned about getting their $450. more

We've used Kokesh many times between the homes and business that we have. We have always been impressed with their quality service and promptness. The workers are courteous and knowledgeable. They do nice work! more

Satisified 7/15/2009

I've had a plumber from J J Kokesh & Son's out twice. Once to replace the pipes and garbage disposal for the Kitchen sink and another time for a Sump Pump. The hourly rate seemed a bit high, but I'm not sure what the going rate for a plumber is. Both times when I called they had a plumber available for me within the hour. I was very pleased with the service and job done. more

Way to expensive 5/28/2008

I called Kokesh to come take out the old anode rod out of my water heater for me. The plumber was here 5 minutes took a wrench and pulled on the rod for 1 minute told me he couldn't get it but he was still going to charge me. I walked with him to his truck where he told me I owed him $150.00. I paid him but, I will never call them again for any of my plumbing needs. We should all be so lucky to make $30 a minute at our jobs. more

J J Kokseh is a respectable plumbing company that provides honest work at a fair price. J J Kokesh is a family owned business that cares about their customers and wants all their customers to be satisfied with the work they do. Making appointments is easy they are flexible and can make appointments to meet your schedule very quickly! They offer emergency service if needed at a fair price and do an honest job and clean up before leaving. No home is too old or too new for them. PROS: great service and price CONS: none more

They deliver on service and quality 6/8/2005

Kokesh really does deliver on quality of service. Their plumbers are knowledgeable and experienced. They communicate with you and explain in detail what the problems are and options to correct them. And of course, their people are friendly and easy to talk to. They would have received five stars, but they refused to take used equipment from my basement, such as an old water softening system. Still... they're highly recommended! more
