I purchased a party tray for my son's graduation.  I was told it would be 15 pieces..instead I had 10.  Fillings inside the sandwiches was scarce.  One end piece had a partial thin slice of meat.  Needless to say, it was not satisfying to my 5 adult guests.  It was rather embarrassing and I certainly not recommend this option unless you are up for a big disappointment! \r

After contacting the corporate office through email, I received calls from corporate and the store interested in my experience.  I do want to express that both locations wanted to hear about my experience so it could be rectified.  Fortunately for me, the store apologized and gave me a credit for my disappointing experience.  Jimmy John's sub shops do take pride in their service and try to maintain a consistant product.  However, they are only as good as their worst employee. Hopefully they will get it right for future customers.\r
