This guy had to make several phone calls to find our house. Then once he was inside he trampled through in his dirty boots. Asked me if I played (I don't) then told me it was really flat and he needed to work on it 2 days in a row vs. one tuning and it would be a double charge. more

Jim Irish Tolck is the real deal. I had him move my piano and he and his guys are totally trustworthy. He takes time to look over the situation in your home, to be sure he does it the right way, with the right amount of help necessary. I cannot say enough about this guy. more
