this is a horrible story, they actually put my family in danger for their stupidity. i went for an oil change and refused to buy the more expensive oil, the guy did not like that and insisted quite a bit. i was firm. he said that he will not be responsible if my engine dies.
i left the place and drove my children places. all of the sudden my car stoppes completly , all kinds of lights and warnings. it went into "fail safe mode". i called triple AAA and the guy looked at hte engine and discovered that some air intakes have been left disconnected (like all the way completly 100% off), these intakes did not need to be touched at all, this was no coincidence.. they know that the car would freak out and stop. also my oil level was low.
i find this incredibly mean. these people dont think about leaving a family stranded in a highway becasue they could not sell an extra $40.
