Good: I used to like getting what I paid for. Also the customer is always right. Not with this management team.. Bad: Paying for a service I didn't receive. Then contacting management and getting the lack of commitment they preach to their customers.. Improvements: No improvements. They've lost my business indefinitely.. Other: I will be contacting the appropriate agencies.. more

Jiffy Lube 3/17/2006

Jiffy Lube is almost always very quick when changing my oil. The waiting area is fairly clean too. The workers are nice and polite. They've even opened the door for me when getting in my car to go home. They do try to upsale and offer to get everything in the world done on the vehicle. They vacume the car with an oil change too. Good service just don't buy everything they recommend or you might go broke. more
