I just would like to say what a great store JGS is & the employees there are. I had an issue with another PagePlus store & decided to take my business elsewhere. They went above & beyond to help me out at JGS Wireless. It is so good to see small business's exceeding. They will always have my business & my friends & familys as well. Awesome Store! No guarantees on used phone? 6/27/2011

I just called to inquire on a used Verizon phone and wasnt told until I asked that they do not guarantee their used phones. I was offered an LG Chocolate for $35 with not guarantee that it worked. How can a wireless dealer get away with selling broken phones? They should at least offer a 30 day guarantee or not sell used phones at all. more

SCAM ARTIST 6/27/2011

Please do NOT do business with these people. They sold my under age kid a phone that DOES NOT work. When I tried to reason with the lady to at least give her back half of her money she just flat out refused. She looked back at me with a smog look on her face and said ""sorry"". I asked if how would she like it if it was done to her and she basically admitted she knew it was broken and the phone isn't her problem anymore. She then asked us to leave. REALLY!?!?!?!?! How do people do stuff like this and still be able to sleep at night? more
