Jet's Pizza was the best pizza I've had in a while! Seriously, order the 8 Corner pizza. Blows Dominos, Papa John's, and Pizza Hut out of the water. Super fast delivery, even though they couldn't find my apartment complex. more

Horrible experience...save your time, money and taste buds. Ordered online beef, mushroom and black olives. I received what I ordered but with pepperoni. I called to let the manager know, the employee that answered the phone said ""dont eat it we will need the pizza back and it will be at least 45 minutes before we can get you a pizza out to you"" I asked for the manager and he shifted the the mix up as a corporate issue because what we ordered included pepperoni even though it never mentioned pepperoni on line when ordering ""BOLD FOLD"". Needless to say the manager was an inept moron. I work in the customer service industry and obviously this guy doesn't know the first thing about servicing and maintaining his customers. The correct solution would have been...please allow me to remake your pizza and get it out to you as soon as possible and please accept a credit for a future pizza. That is how you maintain and grow your customers... IDIOT MANAGER. needless to say i demanded my money back and they came and picked up the pizza. NO EXCUSES IDIOT MANAGER. I will be sending this to corporate hopefully they can use this as a training tool or to relieve some inept managers from their duties. more

I've had Jet's Pizza in another market before and this was terrible! The "boneless chicken wings" were the size of a quarter and dry beyond repair. The pizza was ice cold, as was the cheese bread. Also, the delivery guy dropped my bag of dips, to which he replied "eh, it's only ranch." However, EVERY sauce in the bag broke and also ruined all my napkins. Will never order again. more

Used to like this place a lot as I live very close by, and have been a customer since it opened here. I have slowly watched my orders go from awesome to no thanks over the past couple of years. Today I paid $18.00 for a over cooked grease ball , with rubber instead of cheese. Charlotte is craving a decent pizza place once again ; ( more

I have lived in 3 states and Jets was the best pizza in all of them. We love the boneless wings and deep dish.It is mouthwatering and priced just right. You have to try this pizza. more

I'm from Chicago, have lived in Charlotte for 25+ years. We tried the ""deep dish"" and loved it, although I wouldn't exactly describe it as ""deep dish"" by Chicago standards. Its more of a pan pizza.It was flavorful and delicious. (I specifically ordered the ""turbo"" flavored crust) Its the closest I've found to a deep dish style from a pizzeria around here. Frozen UNO brand deep dish is still the closest to Chicago style deep dish that I've found anywhere to date down here, but Jet's didn't leave me hungry either. I would definitely buy from Jet's again, if I wanted a good pan style. more

The other evening I had a few friends over for a couple drinks and about 9:30 we all decided we were hungry. Rather than drive around trying to get a table for 6 after being juiced up, we opted for ordering some pizza. I'm not quite sure how we settled on Jet's, I think it may have been a coupon flier that was in the drawer, but nonetheless we ordered a couple large pizzas and some breadsticks. The pizza arrived nice and hot and in pretty good time. We ordered the regular pan pizzas; one with pepperoni and the other with green peppers. The pizza's were pretty good in size and the six of us only ate about one and a quarter pizzas, leaving us pretty stuffed. The breadsticks had great seasoning (believe butter and garlic) and came with ranch and marinara sauces. I've heard bad things about the thin crust NY style pizza here so I'm not sure that I want to order that. But if you're looking for a different pizza place with a decent slice in the Montford area, you're safe trying the pan pizza at Jet's.
