The best - always accommodating. Makes extra trips if needed, very high quality work. Rec without reservation!

Worst

Our clothes came home COVERED in dog's hair and basic cleaning was overlooked, eg: ring-around-collar not even removed!

Jet Cleaners 9/3/2005

I've used Jet Cleaners several times and they've always done a good job -- no complaints. They are fast and the dry cleaning is ready when they say it will be. The store is clean and comfortable and the staff is friendly. One big pro is that they have a small parking lot onsite -- so you don't have search for parking. They are conveniently located and do good work. Their prices are very competative to the other dry cleaners in the area. I highly recommend them to anyone in New Haven -- students or locals! more

Great prices, great service! 8/17/2005

Jet cleaners has been around for years. I remember going to them as a kid with my dad's stuff as it was right around the corner from where we lived. They moved to a bigger location which is located near the I-95. It's very roomy inside and they do take cleaning seriously. I've never had any issues with them and I think that their service is on par with other places. I don't think there's anything that sets them apart from another good cleaner, other than they are nice and on-time. They have free on-site parking. They also have one-hour cleaning (which is extra) but they do a good job. They have Saturday hours as well, which a lot of places don't have anymore. more
