Their furniture was nice, their customer service is terrible! I placed an order for patio furniture & cushions March 4th, 2007, we paid in full for the furniture & half for the cushions which we were told would be delivered in 3-6 weeks. It is now June 5th, 2007 & we still have not received our cushions or missing pieces from our patio set. I have called both the store & the owner several times for status, requested a return call, but no one seems to know where my order is or how to track the order. The owner has never returned one of my 10 calls. I would not recommend this store to anyone for the cost you will pay for the furniture and lack of respect you will receive.
Pros: Good variety in store but merchandise can be found other places with better service
Cons: Costly, employees are commissioned, once paid the service is terrible. Lost orders and lack of respect for their paying customers.
