disorganized but good price and work 6/30/2015

I'm giving only 2 stars because I called around to a few places and only this one could give me a Friday appointment but the car wasn't even looked at until the following Monday. Since I chose to try this place largely because they could take it before the weekend, this was disappointing. I also requested an estimate before any work began - twice- and didn't get one. In both cases I had to call them more than once to ask what was going on, they never called me with an update. That said, the price for the repair was about 10% less than my normal mechanic charges and it appears to be done well. They also gave me a cup with candy and a thank you note which was nice. But if I use them again I'll insist on a realistic timeframe and an estimate before the work begins...if the price had been high this would have been a serious problem. As it was it was just heard for me to plan my weekend thinking I'd have my car then had to change plans at the last minute. more

I tell people about you all the time as I trust the work that is done, most importantly I don't feel like they say work needs done that doesn't, you stand behind your work, very personal but professional, gets the work done in a timely manner, I also like the reminders of car maintenance needed. more
