I have been doing business with Jemco Auto Care for 4 or 5 years. Being a single female, it is hard to find a place that you feel you can trust. Women often feel they are being take advantage of by mechanics, but Jemco takes to time to explain things clearly and they will even show you what they are doing. I feel they are fair and honest. Good shop, knowledgeable staff! 12/14/2010

I've taken my car to Jemco for over 3 years now and am always pleased with the service I'm provided. They guys at Jemco, are knowledgeable about foreign cars, and I have never walked/driven out of their facility unhappy. Their customer service is impeccable, and they definitely bring their "A" game when it comes to repairs. I would recommend then in a blink of an eye! more

Jemco is amazing - they deliver! 11/11/2010

We found Jemco Auto Care and Collision Center after we had some trouble with a particularly difficult issue with another mechanic who wouldn't fix what he had done wrong. When they did a large service the timing belt had slipped. Jemco not only diagnosed it, but they fixed it and were reasonable. They really brought the car back from disaster. Since then they have been very good about figuring out what is wrong and taking care of it in a timely and economical manner. They are honest and friendly. What more do you want in a mechanic? We have been using them for about 8 years. We have 3 cars we send the Jemco, and they keep those cars alive. Brian S-W. more

Great service, great prices, and convenient. 11/10/2010

I first went to Jemco Auto Repair close to 10 years ago for a transmission problem on one of my vehicles. They're right across the street from my office, and at the time, they specialized in foreign cars. I keep coming back because of great service, prices, and convenience. I still work across the street, and unlike some dealers which need a car all day, Jemco can have a car back in a few hours. I'm also impressed with the quality of repairs. I've never had one that was done poorly, and I've had a lot of them. more
