When I bring my vehicle to Jeff's I can sit back and relax, knowing that the technicians will care of my vehicle the same way they could care for their own. I would like to thank you for your service these past 4+ years. Yours is the only shop I go to for maintenance and repairs now. I know that I will get honest, reliable information about my cars as well and prompt, efficient service. ||[]Your mechanics always tell what needs to be done now as well as in the near future in clear language I can understand. I appreciate that! I also feel your prices are fair and competitive. ||[]And, I appreciate the rides to and from home when I need it.||[] more

I will definitely be back in Jeff’s Services 9/26/2011

Yes I must say I was impressed with your technicians and their professionalism toward my issues. My car is running great even with a cracked belt. I just wish I could have had all the work done that my car needs (belt replacement, brakes, tranny tune up). I am aware of the work it needs and have been for some time. You technicians just confirmed it for me and didn't try and sell be a bill of goods. I will definitely be back for more work as my funds are available. I will probably need an oil and filter change very soon. Given my wife's current health and battle with cancer we are somewhat strapped for cash. However, no matter my car needs to be serviced as it is my bread and butter for work. I will be seeing you very soon. Thanks again for your great work. more

Thanks you for the good experience 9/23/2011

I was having trouble with my car not starting properly and erratic instrumentation. I brought it in to have it checked out and it was quickly determined that the battery was the problem. You obtained a new battery, installed it and had me back on the road in a couple of hours.||[]||[]Your service was great, everyone was friendly and helpful and the cost was reasonable. Thanks for the good experience. more

I want to thank all of you for the quick and courteous service I receive every time my car needs servicing. When I have questions and sometimes I may ask dumb ones, they are always answered idiot proof so I can understand. I have never been taken advantage of and feel you all are very trustworthy. more

The Number 1 Car Repair Shop in Green Valley 9/22/2011

Hi Jeff,||[] ||[]Yes, I was impressed with the service your employees provided to me. My husband was an auto mechanic and I have some knowledge of cars. I was very happy to be invited into the shop to look at the problem with my intake manifold, the problem with the rack/pinion and rear brakes. Since I was unable to do all suggested fixes, I welcomed the help in prioritizing what I could afford and which problem was the most important. Doing the brakes at this time was what I thought most important and went ahead with that job. I appreciate having someone I can trust here in Green Valley. Thank you for your help and I'll be back again to see you. more

Jeff’s Trustworthy and Professionalism 9/20/2011

It is nice to move to a new area of the country and find a good place to do business. Jeff's was recommended to me by a neighbor. We have found them to be both trustworthy and professional. We've been back several times. We've had our share of mechanics that over-charge and recommend unnecessary repairs. It's nice to know that the same mechanic is assigned to our car whenever we come in. He can follow our car and know what's been done and what to watch for. It's wonderful to be told, "You don't need to repair this yet." and "a rebuilt part will save you a lot." I would gladly recommend Jeff's to anyone in need of a good and trustworthy place to bring your car over and over. more

Thanks for Caring My vehicle 9/15/2011

On Friday, 10-29-2010 at 3:30 pm, I went out to start my truck, battery dead. I got it going and hustled over to Jeff’s. The guys there checked my battery. Sure enough it was dead. They got busy and ordered a new battery and had it in less than 30 minutes. They installed the new battery, did another CCA check on the battery and I was on my way. Now doing this “emergency service” late on a Friday I find to be excellent customer service. I have been taking my vehicles to Jeff’s for 5 years now and have had no after-the-fact problems with their service. I highly recommend them for your vehicle repairs. more

We like Jeff’s Total Performance because we get fast appointments that meet our time and service needs. We get quick and accurate diagnosis of our vehicle service/repair needs and we feel that Jeff’s really has our best interests at heart. Great job on my ZX for until now it runs like a brand new!! 9/13/2011

I brought my 1986 300 ZX in to have it checked for an oil leak. They put some dye in the oil and I drove it to Tucson and back. I brought it in the next morning before your regular hours and they got on it right away. They found no leaks. The mechanic said when I brought it in the first time he tightened the oil filter a little. It was not real loose. But what I am very grateful for is the fact that they gave me a credit and didn't charge me anything for what they did and it was before their regular hours of work. You guys do and have done a great job on my ZX and it runs like a top. Thank you sooo much. more

Parts supplier forgot the part for our car. We were leaving on vacation the next day. Had to have car part. Eddie drove clear into Tucson to get the part. You finished the repair at closing and we were on our way. more

Remarkable work on my 1995 Ford 9/9/2011

I am very satisfied with your work on my 1995 Ford Sho last week. I do all the repair work on my car but the low power problem had persisted for 6 months. I had taken it to the Ford dealer two months ago but they did not fix the problem. Your ability to identify the problem as a dirty air mass flow sensor was impressive. Cleaning it instead of replacing it saved me some money. Thanks. more

Perfectly Competent 9/8/2011

My 2000 Honda Accord started vibrating badly on the highway and I knew something was wrong. For the past 25 years I have had my car serviced in Tucson by the same shop. But since moving to Green Valley this had become very difficult and inconvenient. So I took my car to Jeff’s and they immediately diagnosed the problem…a split tire! They did a complete inspection of my car and found no other problems but recommend the rear struts and a bent rim be replaced along with installing new rear tires. Since I depend on my car to drive about 50 miles to work, I believe in taking good care of it and having it in safe condition. Dennis and Eddie made me feel confident to have my car repaired at Jeff’s. They coordinated the purchase of the right tires, the new rim and had the new struts installed the same day. The following day the tires arrived and were installed and I had my car back! From now on I will be taking my car to Jeff’s. Their competent and personalized service suits my needs perfectly. more
