Prior to the Covid epidemic the salon has some great stylists but since then there has been a turnover and the good people left. The review about Nathalie is 100% spot on. I have been going there for 14 years and have had 3 or 4 bad hair cuts and a few bad colors. That being said the track record was pretty good as long as you got the best people.
Back to Natalie. I went in after having no hair cut for 16 months due to Covid. Color and cut $ 286.00. Blank canvas as the other lady said. I gave the colorist a picture of the color and Natalie the style in two pictures.
The color was a muted light brown,not dark brunnette as requested. The cut... the WORST cut I have ever had. She butchered my hair. My hair was midway down my back and I asked for it to be a little below shoulder length with light bangs and layers. What I got was choppy short hair at my ears. I cant explain how bad it was. I was leaving for vacation at 6 am so this ruined our cruise. They chastised me on the phone saying Jean Phillippe wanted me back at the salon so he could fix it. This was after I was 28 miles from the location.
I asked for my money back and was told no. This place has gone downhill and you are better to look elsewhere.
