I have been nothing but pleased with my experience at Jean Scene. The first time I went to try on dresses I felt right at home. Angie let me try on as many dresses as I wanted to make sure I found the perfect one. She had me rate every dress from a 1-10 to see how much I really liked them in comparison to others! In the end, I found the dress I wanted at another salon. I called Angie, she found it online, confirmed it and we ordered! I brought a few other friends who are getting married around the same time to come look for dresses too! more

Terrible experience 3/5/2011

Called the store on 3/1/11 to see if they had a particular dress. I gave them the item # from the website and they looked on the computer and told me they had it in stock and in the size I needed. Made a special trip (I live 90 miles away) on 3/5/11 to try on the dress and was told they did not have it in stock and never had it. The staff was snotty and not apologetic at all for the mistake. Will never go there again! more
