We used this place twice. The first time was OK. Not great but we decided to give it another try. The second time we took our dog there it was an emergency situation and we had no other option. The people would not even let us give our dog a toy for her kennel. They said it was not allowed!! What kind of place won't let your dog have a toy???? It also smelled. Also they won't work with you on a schedule. If you can't be there to pick up your animal between certain hours then you have to pay for extra days of boarding! I ended up paying for almost an extra week just because I couldn't make it when they wanted me to. I will NEVER use this place again. I now use the Dog House in Rockwall. Awesome place!!! more

Gentle With Cats 4/1/2010

The first time I picked up my cat, they told me they found him to be a very docile cat and very easy to groom. I knew then they had taken the time to get to know my cat and treat him accordingly. Because my cat is mostly blind and was a feral cat he is very spooky and jumpy. I was concerned it would be a terrible experience for him, but he never is upset on the trip to and from there. I can highly recommend Jazzy Pet for cat grooming. Pros: Great place for cat grooming more

I never used this place 6/26/2009

Called to discuss basic information about boarding. The owner was very rude, couldn't get a word in when she would ask questions, she continued to talk over me, I finally said I don't want my dog there! Wouldn't even consider dropping my pets off, just from a phone call! Cons: Owner extremely rude over the phone more

this place knows dogs!! 12/25/2007

I have been taking my dog here for two years now. Never been let down. She loves to go and she loves the staff. My dog is not a common American breed so I was impressed when they knew exacty how her coat needed to look. I wont go anywhere else.----Happy in Wylie Cons: only groom mon wed fri more
