I ordered 4 dozen of these to have sent to my grandaughters at school and they said when the cookies arrived they were all broken up into crumbs and had what appeared to be hair in them. I tried several times to contact the Jane Dough people but never received a response. This is very disappointing as these cookies ""looked"" so nice on the web site. Should have baked them myself and saved the money. I would NOT recommend these to ANYONE. Cons: very disappointing more

Dont but these! 1/20/2009

They sound great and look nice but took forever to arrive. When they did they were all broken AND had what looked like dog hair in them......yuk! more
