Jamestown Family Clinic

I have never dealt with such a unprofessional clinic in my life! Doctors leave constantly, staff is rude, and the PAC and ARNP's they are stuck hiring know nothing of good health care! My Mother recently was diagnosed with heart problems, she can barely breathe, and it's been three weeks since they discovered it. What has she been given? A water pill! She had a stress test a week ago, and this morning she woke and could hardly breathe, called the doctor, and he hasn't even read the tests yet, hasn't checked in with her to see how she is doing, NOTHING! The hospital in PA is just as bad. We've taken her there because Jamestown has not helped her, and they start with all the expensive tests they always go to (all about the money), take her vitals, have us wait for hours, then send her home with a medication that no doubt does not work with the ones Jamestown has her on! Sequim has GOT to get it together on the health care they offer, and this clinic needs to be shut down before someone dies, if they haven't already! I have got to report them to higher ups! more

The most horrid, confused, and money hungry clinic I have EVER been to. I am now without a doctor, and would rather that then be treated by ANY of them at this clinic. Employees of the clinic MUST be the ones leaving the good reviews, because if you are an employee there, I am sure you are taken care of, BUT, if you are a patient, God help you! How they remain open with all these bad reviews I have no idea, and I am sure that plenty more would be added if they knew where to do so. CLOSE THIS CLINIC DOWN!!!! F- on their rating. more

As stated, this is a real review, from an actual patient (not staff). This is a horrible medical center. It's odd from the moment you step inside and round the desk looking for someone who might be available. They all look up at you and then immediately return to whatever they were doing. Walk up to one whose light isn't lit up (means they're on a phone call) and instead if a greeting you get more silence and looks of frustration, as if they're annoyed at being pulled away from real work. Can't judge a medical clinic solely on customer service though. The medical assistants are rude as well. The OBGYN I saw here is the worst I've ever been to in my entire 40 years on this earth. The ARNP I saw is just as bad. No listening skills, asks a few questions as quickly as possible, remarks about her religion and whats on her gods mind (completely unsolicited). Referrals don't work, good luck, it will take several phone calls for you to reach the referral specialist, but odds are she'll say she never received that referral for you...I could go on! Maybe healthcare in small rural towns is expected to be like this. I'm from the city, where there were more options. This is unacceptable. After 3 months of trying to see a specialist for my original symptoms, still nothing. more

Good: Absolutely Nothing!!!!!. Bad: Absolutely Everything!!. Improvements: To have the building closed. Other: I was with this clinic for a very short time, maybe six months if that. They ask for $100 right as you walk in before anyone gives you the time of day, the doctors are cold, the staff is snobby! I know of at least 6 people personally who have left this clinic due to poor care and bad experiences. Their billing Sucks, you get a bill sent to you in six months or more. Surprise! And their Administrator is a most miserable person! Bad Experiences!!! I Would Not! suggest this clinic to a dog! Taking my Mom Out!. more

Just went to new clinic/. Doctor was great. The front desk, DaNIELLE WAS SUPERIOR, WARM, FRIENDLY AND HELPFUL. They have the best doctors on the Penninsula. more
