Went in to get a few (9) highlights touched up. Was told it would likely only be $70 - turned out to be $112 - she gave me more highlights than i wanted and didn't even touch up the ones in front. Not to mention the staff was snobby and did speak much. Called back to get a refund and they would only take 20% off, not to mentioned laughed when i said the last place i had my hair done was Charlotte, NC.
