James A. Davison, M.D., F.A.C.S. graduated summa cum laude with a Bachelor of Arts degree from the University of Minnesota in Minneapolis, Minnesota. After receiving his medical degree from Mayo Medical School at Rochester in Rochester, Minnesota, Dr. Davison finished an ophthalmology internship at Los Angeles County – University of Southern California School of Medicine in Los Angeles, California. He completed an ophthalmology residency at Mayo Graduate School of Medicine in Rochester, Minnesota, finishing as chief resident. Dr. Davison is certified by the National Board of Medical Examiners and the American Board of Ophthalmology.
