I went to this place on a fairly busy Friday night with my wife and 5-yr old son. My complaint about this place has to do with the way we were treated by the owner. Arrived before 6:45 and placed a food order at 6:50-6:55, we still had no food at 7:25. After asking the waitress where our food was, she came back to give us an excuse about the computers and by the way, ""what did you order again?"" Fine, I have been on the other side and know it happens. Now, you would have thought our food would have been out immediately. Instead, another 10-15 minutes went by and we were about to leave. 7:45 food comes, waitress apologizing profusely and offering a free dessert (which we do not want). I say I want to see a manager, she says she is an assistant manager - trying to avoid having the boss find out about the problem I imagine. I persist, she relents, yet nobody comes by the table. Finish the meal, pay the bill (nothing was taken off), TIPPED. Wife and son go to car. I ask hostess (who did nothing) for the owner. He comes out and immediately goes on the defensive, says ""I got the order at 7:32,"" so he was aware there was a problem. He starts yelling at ME and walks away. At that time a young waiter comes over and says ""that's the way he is, you're not going to get anywhere, I've seen this happen before."" \r

Why would people support such a %#^$& by going here? I paid the bill, I wasn't looking for a freebie. I was upset that there was nobody in authority to apologize for the poor service, and no recognition of the misplaced order and interminable wait for burritos. But to be treated like that by an owner is unconscionable. I will never go back and encourage people I know to do the same.\r
Pros: decent food
Cons: don't go
