As a flight attendant I am trying to fly frequently to Los Angeles not only because I like the californian way of life but also because I like to have my hair done by Nina! Ever since my first visit I was delighted with Nina's work and personality. Nina always respects my ideas and wishes but also gives professional and creative inputs and adapts new trends. Normally not being the most patient person in a salon chair, I find it most relaxing to have a chat with Nina or just watch the street life through the large windows. I'm sure glad I found the place. And Nina. Go there, you will love it! more

I met NINA 10 years ago when she was at pine ave i was referred by a friend to do my wedding , nina was very friendly and extremely professional at every thing she does, I was and still very happy with the up-do ,the color and the cut it was excellent THANK YOU NINA YOU ARE THE BEST more

Nina- a 5 Star Hair Stylist 5/4/2012

Nina will not disappoint you. She is a combination of a great stylist and a wonderful, honest person. When you visit her in the salon, it feels like you spend your time with a friend. She is very professional and knowledgeable. I moved to Long Beach at the end of 2011 and she was the first person I found to work on my hair and I will never leave her!! She is great! more

ASK for Nina! She is the Best at what she does...and she does everything! She should be working in Beverly Hills. She is an expert for wedding updo's, color, cuts, styles, blow outs, big sexy hair...you name it, she can do it and she is very fast. Ask her about her website. Nina stays educated about the lastest styles, she's professional, knowledgable, experienced and most of all Hair is her passion! She is a very real and warm person. I have known her since she worked on Pine. I love you Nina! You're Amazing! more

So Glad I Found Nina 4/8/2012

Nina is a mature and experienced professional. She has taught at hair design colleges and I could tell that right away by the way she went about working with my hair--she has a very exact and serious approach, and she knows everything about hair. She attends professional hair conferences so I know she keeps up with all the trends. She's very friendly and family-oriented, which I noted from our easy conversations. For my third visit, I asked her to cut my hair how she thought would be best. I was so happy! And the next day at work I got so many compliments from my co-workers and students! When I leave each time, I am happy and so is she......I think that is important. Call Nina--you won't be disappointed! more

GREAT ATMOSPHERE, GREAT SERVICE, GREAT STYLISTS 3/21/2012

OK, so I just moved to Long Beach and was looking for a good stylist. I asked around and did some research and happen to come across this place. After reading all the reviews, I made my decision to call for an apoitment. I AM SO GLAD I MADE THE CALL! I asked for an apoitment with Nina, cause I read all the great reviews. She did a great job on my hair, and my girlfriend set up an apoitment to get her hair done as well. Her cut is no easy job. She gets an A-line bob, and it is so difficult to find a stylist that can do this cut well. But Nina has mastered the cut. She did a great job, and I highly recommend her to anybody that wants a great stylist... The other girls seem like they are good too. I didnt see one person leave that place that didnt look fabulous. Its a small place, but good things come in small packages, and this spot is proof! more

Nina is AMAZING!!!! 3/14/2012

This salon is so cute. Great prices, great atmosphere, great people. Nina, I love you. I have never EVER found a hair stylist that has me leaving happy every single time. Not only do I leave with my hair fabulous, it stays fabulous for months! She's great at teaching you how to easily style your hair at home as well. She has great technique and she is very precise...she's also a sweetheart. Bottom line, this lady knows hair. Thank you for keeping me beautiful Nina!!! more

Best Blo Out in TOWN! 3/11/2012

I love this place! Meredith is a blast! Nina is my gal... I have very long hair and I see her for my blo outs once a week. She is Amazing! She takes her time but is efficient and fabulous. She could be rockin' a salon in Beverly Hills if she wanted too... but I am so happy she is in this great shop in my neighborhood. Plus, she makes the best cookies!! I love this place. I am in here several times a week for a blowout with Nina and the shop is nice, the owner Meredith is a tiny but huge ball of FUN, typical hairdresser, knows everyone, talks non-stop, super sweet, makes it a great time when I am in there with Nina. more

Nina....ask for Nina! 2/10/2012

Style it til you love it. She is amazingly talented and is honest to a T with what works and what doesn't. I respect her recommendations and have never had a regret. Funniest story...I went on when I was pregnant wanting to chop off my hair entirely. She said ""oh no...I'm not doing that...you have pregnancy hormones going on now. You will hate me if I cut it."" She gave me a new cute style without loping it off. I left happy and with no regrets. Like I said, honest to a T. more

Nina! 2/6/2012

I?ve never left with a cut I didn?t love. Nina knows my hair and my personality. I?ve always been pretty unadventurous about cuts but Nina has a way of taking me on mini-hair adventures, a 50s up do, a wispy bang, or a touch of layering. Without her I would be too afraid to do anything or marred by a crazy modern scissor wiz. It?s always just enough, totally me, in-tune with my hair type, and slightly more fashionable than I would otherwise be. I?ve never felt so comfortable with a hairdresser before. Go for it Nina! And will she ever. I am afraid to ever move because I can?t figure out how I would replace her. more

Nina has been my hairstylist for 7 years. She really knows her stuff! She takes into consideration your hair type, hair color, shape of your face, your lifestyle, and her vast experience to create magic for your hair. I always receive compliments from people when I get a haircut from Nina. Even better, as it grows out, I still receive compliments. You know that is worth gold! If you bring a photo(s) of a haircut, she will work with you to see if it can be done given all that she takes into consideration. I recommend her highly to everyone!! more

Nina has been doing my hair for over 6 years. She does an excellent job. I don't trust anyone else with my hair. I always receive compliments on my hair. She's also very personable. I enjoy my time spent with her. I highly recommend her. more

I've been to Jadens Hair Salon 2 times since I moved to Long Beach. I am very statisfied with what Nina did to my hair. My roots were overly due and Nina was able to match my natural color and my old highlights. She made it disapear like a magicien! I really recommand her. She is great!! more

I was a walk in at Jaden's Hair Salon. I went to Nina, she was great! We had a consultation about the color and highlight's in my hair. I was happy with the result. She was very friendly. I will definitely go back, and highly recommend her to all my friends! more

Nina has been doing my hair for more than 5 years... and she does an excellent job. She listens to my needs and does my hair to fit my lifestyle. What can I say she ROCKS!!! She also introduced me to Stephanie who does my waxing, manicure and pedicures. A one stop shop. I totally recommend this place. more

Highly recommended!!!!! Nina is absolutely wonderful! She is the hairdresser you can trust. Nina definitely knows what she is doing. She is an excellent colorist, very knowledgeable about all latest trans, great stylist. She is like a magician, can make any damaged, dry hair look shiny, soft and healthy (like it was in my case). If you want your hair be perfect from roots to ends you need to see Nina! Highly Highly Recommended!!!!! more
