Best

I took my dog to this place to get his tooth pulled and cleaned and overall had a great experience. I drop off my dog at 8 in the morning and was told to call around 2 to see when...

Worst

We adopted our puppy at three months old and JCAH was the referred hospital to take our dog to finish up her shots and get her spayed - both of which were included in the adoption...

horrible if you could have heard her cry. 10/12/2008

This guy should never be around animals. He was supposed to fix (spayed) a female dog. Half way into the procedure he called to say he couldnt find the uterus or ovaries and asked if she had been fixed before. When told that no bought as a puppy and was only around a year old so she hadnt had time to be spayed before. He then kept her overnight. When she was returned the next day he said he could only find one ovary but he hadnt removed it and he could not find the uterus (ok, why!! wasnt this whole reason for the surgery? he said he wasnt sure that it was the ovary ) The dog kept crying and he said she was just acting like a baby. He didnt send home any pain medicin or any antibiotics. And the only instructions were to keep her quite. She cried all night and when her dressing was changed the next day it was soaked .\r He had been called the night before about her pain but he was getting ready to close and didnt want to wait till someone could get there to give out pain medicine and said to give her a 1/2 a baby asprin. (this is post op and bleeding is an issue already the asprin just made it worse.) Its taken 2 more trips to a differnt emergency vet to have stitches put in correctly as she was getting ready to eviscerate because he had cut her open as far as he could and not stitched except for ONE stitch. You wouldnt want to be treated this way and neither should your animals The cost now to have her fixed has run over $600 and still the dog is not yet fixed but has suffered and suffered. This is a crime . Pros: I will never go back there were no pros Cons: This sould have been simple. and it was horrible more
